Sending FBR invoices from your phone
With Bilkul you create an invoice on your phone, finalize and validate it with FBR in one press, then submit it. Once FBR accepts it, you download the PDF with FBR's invoice number and QR code and send it to your customer on WhatsApp or by email.
From your phone, step by step
Install Bilkul
No app store needed. Sign in to Bilkul in your phone's browser. On Android, tap Install app at the top. On iPhone, in Safari tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
Create the invoice
Pick the customer and the products. Each product carries the FBR details you saved for it from FBR's own lists: HS code, unit, sale type and rate.
Finalize and validate with FBR
One press fixes the invoice's lines and totals and asks FBR to check it. FBR answers valid or invalid and names any line with a problem.
Submit it to FBR
Submit the valid invoice and confirm. FBR accepts it and issues an FBR invoice number, or rejects it with error codes.
Send the PDF
Open the accepted invoice, tap Invoice document, then Download PDF. It carries FBR's invoice number and QR code, ready to share on WhatsApp or by email.
Good to know
- Same account everywhere: sign in with the same email and password on your phone and computer to see the same companies, invoices and customers.
- Internet needed: your records are kept online, not on the phone.
- A dropped signal is safe: Bilkul's server sends the invoice to FBR, not your phone. If your signal drops after you tap Submit, open the invoice when you're back online to see where it stands.
- Roles: what you can do depends on your role in the company.
Questions about invoicing on your phone
Is there an app in the Play Store or App Store?
No. Bilkul installs from your phone's browser and then opens from your home screen like any other app. It updates itself each time you open it with an internet connection.
Can I send the invoice before FBR accepts it?
You can download a PDF, but until Bilkul has FBR's invoice number for a production invoice, it is marked as a preview for your own records, with NTN and CNIC masked.
